The underarm area is a common spot people complain about as losing muscle tone and shape. Fortunately, there are several exercises to help tone the triceps muscle that lives there. Some of these exercises require no equipment at all and can be modified based on your fitness level.


An easy one that anyone can do is a pushup, which can be performed against a wall as an easier form and then progressed to a harder versions.
