10 Best Carpal Tunnel Braces

Does this picture look like you? You work at the computer? You use your phone while sitting at your computer? Or you are just on your phone alot scrolling or shopping?

All of this means you are using your hands quite a bit. This puts some strain on the muscles on the underside of your forearms, known as your wrist flexors. When these muscles get overused they become tight and the tendons become taut. This then causes decreased space as the tendons pass through to your hands in what is called the "carpal tunnel". When this happens you can start to have tingling or numbness in your fingers.

Don't worry! You don't need surgery! Often times, this condition can be managed with physical therapy. One of the suggestions might be for you to wear a wrist brace for some time to help reduce demand on the wrist and the muscles, to help calm down your symptoms.
