Is mobility the same as flexibility?


Well, not exactly. When we speak of flexibility, we are referring to the ability of the muscles to elongate. However, mobility refers to the joints of the body. Joints themselves can become tight and need assistance in maintaining their mobility.


The recipe to feeling great is having good joint mobility and muscle flexibility! Both of these things give you freedom of movement to do your activities.
