Shoulders are important! They allow us to do all kinds of things, especially hugging.


There are quite a few conditions that can make your shoulders feel tight and one of them is called "Frozen Shoulder" AKA "Adhesive Capsulitis". While it sounds scary, don't worry, the shoulder absolutely can thaw out and become unfrozen.


It's important to work on your shoulder mobility so that it doesn't get worse over time leaving you with a more severe problem. There are some simple mobility exercises you can do.
