4 Ways to Make Child's Pose Easier



Do you know what Child's Pose is?


It's a gentle stretch that is a yoga pose. It's a position of relaxation and stretch for the spine. However, some people might have difficulty getting into child's pose to due to pain or mobility limitations in their knees, hips, or spine. You may also feel a pinch in the front of your hips if your hip flexors are tight.


There are modifications to child's pose that one can do as well as some other exercises which can help you move into child's pose to get the relaxation you deserve.
