5 Foam Rolling Exercises for Skeptics



Foam rollers a great tool to have at home to help with flexibility of your muscles as well as mobility of your joints.


Not only can you use a foam roller to roll your muscles to increase flexibility, you can use them in places like your middle back area to roll on to mobilize the joints there, leading to greater availability of movement in your spine and often times, less muscle tension.


Foam rollers come in different densities, meaning firmness and also come in different lengths, depending upon what you want to use it for.
