If there's one thing all of the Zoom calls and WFH has taught us, it's that we all need to work on and maintain good thigh flexibility.


Without it, your hip joints won't be able to work well and you can have stiffness and pain when walking, not only at your hips, but at your lower back also.


A hip flexor stretch is something everyone should be doing!
