
SO many people have difficulty finding a comfortable position while sleeping!
This is actually one of my favorite questions and topics to discuss with patients. While most people have just resigned and feel there is nothing they can do to feel better, this is simply not true at all and I love helping people with this.
There are many tweaks one can do to change the alignment and pull of gravity on their body to make their position feel better.
