Many people ask if there are exercises one can do while sitting at their desk or even while sitting on an airplane. The answer is yes!
While nothing will replace actually getting up and adding a movement break into your day, there are some moves you can still do while in the seated position. If you have access to some resistance band tubing, even better -you can do some seated resistance training.
