
Have You heard about the latest trend on TikTok called "Bed Rotting"? I know...terrible name. Well, it really is what it says it is. Lying around in bed is supposed to be a form of self-care. However, as the name implies, it may not be so good for you because you do actually rot! Your muscles lose strength even from just one day of inactivity and being bedridden. It is not an activity that any physical therapist would recommend.
There are so many other forms of self-care such as going for a walk, doing meditation, or calling a friend.
