How to Care for Yourself During Coronavirus

Self-care can be more than just taking a bubble bath. Were experiencing a huge shift in our lives right now & it's important to turn inward, honor our mental health, and check on our mind, body & soul. Try these practices to help you to get to know yourself better:


PRACTICE GRATITUDE

Wake up and write down 3 things you're grateful for and 3 things that will make today great. Keep these points close to your heart the whole day.


GET IN YOUR BODY

Check-in with your body throughout the day and ask what it needs. Feeling restless? Maybe it's a stretch or a workout. Tired? Take a nap or meditate. Honor how you are feeling.


RECALIBRATE YOUR SOCIAL SCHEDULE

It's normal to feel lonely. It's also okay to want some alone time. Take a look at your calendar & Make sure your schedule is actually serving you. Maybe you're in need of a Zoom happy hour. If you're not, it's ok to reschedule and Netflix and Chill or go for a walk outside.
