Resistance bands are a great way to workout at home. They have benefits over dumbell weights: they are inexpensive, they travel in luggage well, and they are easy to store.


A resistance band workout can target many parts of the body and there are varying levels of resistance so it's easy to progress if something is too easy or too hard by going to a harder or easier band.
