Stuck at Home During COVID-19? Here are 5 Exercises to Strengthen Your Brain & Body at Home

Did you know that exercising also helps to keep your mind sharp? Have you noticed that since COVID you might be feeling sluggish and your brain feels a little cloudy?

We have connections in our brains called neurons and we need to keep these connections sharp. One way we can do this is by going back to basics of physical development, which is called neurodevelopmental dynamics. Say what?! Neuro who? It's easy...before we walked, we were on all fours, we crawled, we kneeled, and we cruised. These are some neurodevlopemental positions. Exercising in these positions, and crossing the midline of our body to encourage alternating arm leg patterns all help to sharpen our brains.
