You may already have a foam roller. If not, you should get one. It's a great tool that doesn't take up alot of space that can be used to help improve mobility of your muscles and fascia.


It can also be used to help mobilize your spine, meaning, the foam roller presses on your spinal vertebrae to help align them. This is recommended for anyone who sits at a desk all day, is addicted to scrolling their phone, or feels like they slump alot and don't have optimal posture.


Foam rollers come in different lengths and densities (some are softer or harder than others).
