Give me the facts ma'am.
Well, the truth is, as we progress in years, our muscles lose some of their flexibility. This is a natural part of aging to the muscles. However, it can also be made worse due to an increase sedentary lifestyle and moving less (ie, sitting more).
To help counteract some of this, it's important to have a stretching routine in place to maintain flexibility. This flexibility will help our joints have good range of motion, which will then allow us to move freely without restrictions or muscle inhibition.
